

Min Joong Gook works tirelessly to get his wife a heart transplant, and just as she's about to have the operation, the transplant is given to Soo Ha's mother. Add to that his supernatural ability to read minds, which while helpful, has also caused him a lot of suffering over the years. He lost both his parents when he was only eight years old, and was later abandoned by his uncle.

He is extremely disappointed to meet the dispassionate person Hye Sung has become, but with Min Joong Gook recently released from prison, that is the least of their worries. Soo Ha is now a high school senior, who still has his telepathic abilities and has been looking for Hye Sung for the past ten years.
